Please send a problem report email to dev_support@iigservices.com with the required information below. You can download the template for filling in all necessary information and send it to this email address.

Required Information
  1. The end user and reseller names
  2. The version of your Sage MAS 90 and 200 system
  3. The current release of Sage MAS 90 and 200 Service Update for 4.10, 4.20 versions. You can get this information from the Help->About MAS 90 menu of your system (e.g. MAS 90 (version 4.20.0.4)).
  4. Installed Application listing of your system. Here is how you can get it (You can save it in .txt format and attach to the request email): 
    • For Sage MAS 90 and 200 3.x version the application-listing file is generated through the Library Master -> Utilities -> Installed Applications program. Run the program, click the Print button, select Export File as the Output Type and click Ok. The .txt file will be saved in the \\your path:\Mas90\HOME\textout folder.
    • For Sage MAS 90 and 200 4.x version the application-listing file is generated through the Library Master ->Reports -> Installed Modules Listing program.
  5. The full text of any error message that is displayed (click the Info button on the error message box and capture the opened screen). Click here to find out how you can capture a screen and paste it in MS Word document.
  6. Detailed description of the steps to reproduce the problem. You can capture the steps using IIG Screen Recorder application, which can be downloaded here.
  7. Our past experience has shown us that in most cases problems are caused or impacted by the data stored in the tables and therefore it is essential that either we get access to your live system or get a copy of your database in order to resolve your reported issue as soon as possible. In order to allow us getting connected to your live system, please download the TeamViewerQS remote control application.
Please be as detailed as possible in your description of the problem. Including steps to reproduce the problem and the full text of all error messages is very helpful and can notably reduce the amount of time it takes to resolve a problem.
