This policy explains what Information Integration Group, Inc. (“IIG”, “we”) collects when you use iigservices.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and specific to what this website actually does.
What we collect
What you give us. When you fill in a form — a demo or quote request, a contact form, a datasheet, the ROI calculator, a webinar registration or recording, the newsletter or live chat — we store what you enter: typically your name, work email, company, phone number and message, and for the ROI calculator the figures you entered.
How you found us. With each enquiry we record the page you first arrived on, the website that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example a Google Ads click ID or “utm” tags), so we know which of our marketing works. These are kept in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days.
Usage data. We count page views and which content is read, and we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and Microsoft Clarity. These services set their own cookies and receive your IP address and browser details.
How we use it
- To answer your request — a demo, a quote, a datasheet, a recording — and follow up about it.
- To send marketing email (product news, webinar invitations, offers) only if you ticked the box to opt in, or subscribed to the newsletter. We record when you gave that consent.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To keep the site secure and keep spam out of our systems.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that run parts of our business for us — website hosting, email delivery, our CRM, webinar hosting (GoToWebinar, which receives your registration), and the analytics and advertising tools named above — and when the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing info@iigservices.com. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or your company, and as needed for our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
