Information Integration Group, Inc. is a Gold Certified Acumatica partner and a certified ISV, based in Glendale, California. Who We Are

A software company that happens to be an implementation partner — and the other way around

Information Integration Group has been an Acumatica partner since 2009 from our home in Glendale, California. We help companies run their entire operation on Acumatica Cloud ERP — and when standard ERP doesn't reach far enough into how a business actually works, we engineer the software that does. That's given us an unusual shape: the project discipline of a top implementation partner and the engineering depth of a product company. Over the years it's added up to more than 500 clients served and 16 certified add-on products that extend Acumatica for the industries we know best.

Implement · Build · Support

Most firms install the software, or extend it. We do both.

In the Acumatica world, work usually splits between two kinds of firm. Resellers install and configure the platform. Developers extend it. The customer ends up managing both — and refereeing them when something doesn't fit. IIG is both, under one roof.

One Vendor

One vendor owns the ERP, the products, and the support line

So when you reach the limit of standard functionality, it doesn't stall in a queue between two companies. We build it, certify it for Acumatica, and stand behind it. When something needs to be fixed, there's no one to point at but us — and we're fine with that. It's the whole reason the company is shaped the way it is.

With most vendors

It becomes a change request, a third-party plugin, or “that's not supported.”

With IIG

It becomes a module — built in, kept upgrade-safe, supported by the same team that implemented your system.

What Guides Us

Four convictions that shape every project

“IIG didn't just install our ERP — they built the rental and equipment workflows we actually run on, and they're the same team we call when we need more.”

01

Industry first

The software should fit the operation, not the other way around. We map the work before we touch a screen.

02

Built, not bolted on

A real fit is engineered inside your ERP — one source of truth — not assembled from disconnected plugins.

03

One accountable team

Owning the platform, the products, and the support means no gap to fall through and no blame to pass.

04

US-based, always on

Our support team is here, around the clock, and knows both Acumatica and the products we built for you.

How We Work

Map the operation first. Build to fit it second.

We start every engagement by understanding how you actually work — the yard, the jobsite, the warehouse, the back office — before we touch a screen. That's what lets us tell you honestly where Acumatica fits as-is, where a certified product does the job better than custom code, and where your process is genuinely unique enough to build for. It's a deliberately unglamorous principle. Fifteen years in, it's still the thing that separates a clean go-live from a painful one.

Certified & Invested

Gold Certified — and invested in the ecosystem, not just selling it

As an Acumatica Cloud ERP Gold Certified Partner and a certified ISV, we sit on both sides of the platform: we deliver it to clients, and we build certified products that extend it for the wider Acumatica community. That keeps us close to the roadmap, so our products move with Acumatica's release cycle rather than fighting it.

Let's Talk

Let's talk about your operation

Bring us the part of your business that never quite fits the software. We'll show you what a real fit looks like — implemented and engineered by the same team.
