IIG's Construction Equipment Management solution has a new name: AcuFieldOps. You may know it from the Acumatica listing as AcuConstructionEquipment. The product hasn't changed. The new name better describes what it does, which goes well beyond tracking construction equipment.
Why the new name
Equipment-driven and construction businesses don't just manage machines. They manage crews, inspections, fuel routes, yard moves, repairs, daily field reports and job costs, often across several disconnected systems that have to be reconciled at month end. IIG built this solution to put the office and the jobsite on one system inside Acumatica. AcuFieldOps names that wider job.

IIG's AcuFieldOps brings seven capabilities together on the same equipment records and the same live Acumatica ledger as finance:
• AcuQC: digital inspection checklists for check-in and check-out, plus scheduled services
• AcuWorkOrder: equipment staging, repairs, maintenance, delivery and pickup scheduling, and warranty tracking
• Equipment Assignment Tracking: move equipment between projects with automated rental processing
• Labor & Crew Management: skill requirements, crew scheduling, and field clock-in that posts to the Daily Field Report
• Construction Project Enhancements: daily field reporting, GPS telematics, geofencing and equipment fueling
• Warehouse & Yard Operations: rental, transfer and return tickets created right in the yard
• ROI & Fixed Asset Tracking: revenue and cost posted against each asset, with fixed assets and depreciation in the same system
What it means day to day
• Know what each machine actually earns. Revenue, repairs, depreciation and scheduled services post against the equipment itself, so utilization and ROI come from a report instead of a spreadsheet.
• Site activity reaches the ledger the same day. Crews clock in from the field, inspections run off digital checklists, and daily reports post against the job instead of arriving on paper at the end of the week.
• Maintenance happens before downtime does. Preventive schedules, work orders, warranty and repair history all sit on the same equipment record the finance team uses.
Built natively on Acumatica
IIG's AcuFieldOps runs inside Acumatica, with the same database and roles and no second system to reconcile.
