Implementation Specialist
IIG is looking for highly motivated, career minded individuals who are looking for a long-term career as IT professional to join its Sage100Cloud and Acumatica ERP implementation / consulting team. As a team member, the individual must work with other IIG employees to work toward providing the best solution for customers using the latest available tools in the market.
The applicant must have an understanding of core accounting concepts and industry knowledge in the distribution, manufacturing and services industries. As part of the IIG's implementation team the applicant would be:

Assisting clients with setting up ERP and CRM systems

Training of new and existing clients

Assisting the sales team with requirement gathering and the solution presentations functions as part of the sales cycle

Performing business process review and mapping of processes in Sage100 and Acumatica systems

Providing ongoing consulting and support to clients
Providing reports to meet customer’s requirements

Project Coordination
IIG is looking for highly motivated, career minded individuals with understanding of system implementation concepts looking for a long-term career as IT professionals to join IIG’s team to coordinate activities of its consultants with clients, and management of its daily support inquires.
The applicant for this position must have 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer facing project management role with strong attention to details, ability to multi-task, strong written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
As part of the IIG's project implementation team the applicant would responsible for:

Direct interactions with IIG clients to ensure implementation success. Reporting on status of open items, billings, completed tasks and planned items for the next reporting period. Identify and escalate issues that may negatively impact project’s success.

Work as the administrative project manager collaborating in the project planning activities, drives timeline management and project execution. Ensures that all relevant parties have a clear vision of project objectives.

Responsible for entry of billing information into the system, tracking of employee productivity

Regularly monitors client satisfaction levels, considers feedback carefully, and coordinates appropriate action to ensure client feels heard, supported and reassured that the project is on track

Maintains a close overall focus on customer satisfaction, quality service, and profitability
